Belly button drawn in towards spine! Basically, your bod should be flat like a plank of wood! ▶️ then retract scapula (harder to see in vid), but think of drawing your shoulder blades toward each other) ▶️ keep elbows right by your sides, no flaring your elbows out to the side ▶️ inhale as you lower, exhale as you come up ▶️ chest should come down right over your hands! .
